Modify EMAIL FROM field

Can I modify the EMAIL FROM field?

The EMAIL FROM field can only be modified on premium plans. Upgrade to a premium plan to customize this field.

Missing invitation details in email

What if my invitation email is missing the link, form name, or password?

  • Default email subjects include variables for form_name, invitation_link, and password (for password-protected forms).
  • Customized subjects must include these variables. Check the list of available variables for reference.

Password protection

Are my forms password protected by default?

Forms are not password protected by default. You need to enable this option when creating the invitation.

How can I protect my forms with passwords?

Ensure secure access by following these steps when creating an invitation:

  • Enable Tracking Invitation.
  • Check the Forms are password protected box.
