What is PlatoForms Integration?

Once you publish a PlatoForms online PDF form, you’ll have the option to connect different applications such as Slack, Stripe, Integrately, Appcues, and Zapier for automation. It is made possible through the PlatoForms Integration Feature.

How to Connect an Online PDF Form to Your Slack Channel

Through Slack integration, you can now instantly receive form notifications and see the status of completed PDFs on a specific Slack channel.

Note: You can set up online PDF form integrations on individual forms only; you cannot set up the integration in bulk.

Here’s a step-by-step process of connecting your online fillable PDF to your preferred Slack channel:

1. Log in to your PlatoForms account.
2. Once you land on the dashboard, find the online fillable PDF that you’d like to connect to your Slack channel.

3. Then click on the gear icon located at the top right corner of the online PDF form.

4. Click Integrate from the dropdown.

5. Choose and click Slack from the selection of applications.

6. Click Add to Slack.
7. Log in to your Slack account and choose the Slack Workspace that you want to connect to.

8. Click Allow to permit the connection.
9. After the connection, go back to the Integration settings windows of the specific online PDF form and enable the connection.

10. From there, you can start fixing the setup of the integration. You can choose the channels or people you want to receive the form updates, put the message title, and the form fields you want to include in the update.

11. Lastly, don’t forget to click Save.
