How to change the current team owner or add a new team owner


Can I change the team owner or add a new one? Will the previous team owner’s work be lost?


Yes! You can replace the team owner. But adding an additional one isn’t supported. After the change, all previous work and settings will remain; only the login email will change.

Replace the current team owner

  1. Log in to PlatoForms using the current team owner’s account.

  2. In the top right corner of the Dashboard, click on the avatar and select Account Settings.

  3. Enter the email of the new team owner.

    Caution: Make sure the new team owner’s email hasn’t been used to create a PlatoForms account. If the email is already registered, please use a different, unregistered email address.
