Why am I experiencing failure to send the notification emails, and what solutions are available?

If you’re encountering issues with sending notification emails, it’s advisable to check if the size of your uploaded PDF is too large when creating an online form.

Note: While there’s no strict upload size limit, surpassing 10MB can cause problems with email notifications due to our 10MB email size limit.

Solutions

To address the mentioned issue, follow these steps:

• Ensure that the Automatic PDF Compression option is enabled when you upload the PDF for conversion.

  

• If the compressed PDF remains too large, in your Notification settings, remove the {{share_pdf_file}} variable and instead include the {{share_pdf_link}} variable. This variable provides a download link for the generated PDF without any size restrictions.
