How to create a team-accessible email template
Question
Can I create reusable form invitation or notification templates for my team members to use when sending similar messages?
Answer
Absolutely! You can save form invitation and notification configurations as email templates, making it easier for your team, whether it’s small or large, to create emails efficiently. Here’s the process for reusing an email template:
-
Create an email template:
- Make the email you want.
- Save it as a template.
-
Reuse the template:
- Choose the saved template when you need a similar email.
- Add specific details as needed.
What is the email template? An email template is a pre-made, reusable email format. It stores the email’s design, content, subject, and settings for quick use in creating similar emails later.
You can create email templates from either the Invitation or Notification panel.
- Invitation templates are for inviting clients to submit online forms.
- Notification templates are for receiving alerts about form submissions.
