PlatoForms email template feature is an online form tool feature that allows you to create one email format for all your online form fill-out invitations and notifications. Using this feature, you can skip the manual repetitive task of copying and pasting a text to send them to your next email.

If you want to create an email template to invite your clients to submit and fill out an online PDF form, then you’ll use the Invitation Setting tab. On the other hand, if your goal is to create an email that’ll notify you and your client about new submissions or to create a form submission email template, you can go to the Notification Setting tab.

How to make email template for sending forms

Here is a step-by-step process on how to make form email templates for your online form notifications and invitations using PlatoForms.

1. The first step would be logging in to your PlatoForms account. If you don’t have an account yet, you can click here to create one.

2. After logging in, navigate through your dashboard and choose the online form where you want to set email templates. Then click the gear icon button located in the upper right corner of the online form preview.

3. There’s a dropdown option that’ll appear once you click the gear icon. From there, choose where you’ll use your email template (Invitation or Notification).

Once the chosen function is clicked, you’ll land on the email template window where you can add the necessary information to your email— email subject, recipients, sender, email body, and the like.

Once you’ve inserted all the necessary information, make sure to recheck them and click Save Template.
