At PlatoForms Pty Ltd, we are committed to being transparent about how we use artificial intelligence (AI) within our platform. This page provides clear information about the AI services and models integrated into our application.

AI Services We Use

PlatoForms integrates with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Bedrock to power certain features of our platform. Specifically, we use the following AI models through AWS Bedrock:

  • Gemma 3 27B — An open model used within our platform for processing and analysis tasks.
  • Mistral Large 3 — A large language model used within our platform for natural language processing tasks.

How We Use AI

These AI models are used exclusively to enhance the following PlatoForms features:

  • PDF Recognition: Automatically extracting and interpreting text, fields, and structure from uploaded PDF documents to streamline form creation.
  • Form Generation: Assisting users in generating digital forms based on uploaded documents or user inputs, reducing manual effort.
  • Form Translation: Translating form content into different languages to support multilingual use cases.

Data Handling in AI Processing

When AI features are used, document content is sent to AWS Bedrock for processing. This data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is subject to the following safeguards:

  • AI processing is performed only when you use the relevant features (PDF recognition, form generation, or form translation).
  • We do not use your data to train or improve third-party AI models. AWS Bedrock does not use customer inputs or outputs to train its models.
  • All data transmitted to AWS Bedrock is encrypted in transit and processed in accordance with AWS’s security standards.
  • Processed data is not retained by the AI service beyond what is necessary to complete the request.

Your Control

Use of AI-powered features within PlatoForms is initiated by you. If you choose not to use PDF recognition, form generation, or form translation features, your data will not be sent to any AI service.
