One wire.Your forms answer.

PlatoForms speaks the Model Context Protocol (MCP) — the open standard used by Claude, Cursor, and OpenAI Codex. Connect once, then just ask: read submissions, send prefilled links, even build new forms and PDF documents.

Built for teams that answer to someone

AI access to your forms is a permission, not a default.

OAuth sign-in

One-click OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. Your password and API keys are never shared with the assistant, and you can revoke access at any time.

Closed until you open it

Teams in HIPAA mode are not connectable by default — and stay that way until a team owner explicitly opts in.

Nothing happens off the record

Assistants can never send email from your account, rate limits apply on top of your plan, and every link they create stays visible in your invitation list for review.

Questions, answered

What is the Model Context Protocol (MCP)?

MCP is an open standard that lets AI assistants use outside tools and data sources. PlatoForms runs an MCP server at mcp.platoforms.com, so any MCP-compatible assistant can work with your forms — no browser extension or custom plugin needed.

Which AI assistants work with PlatoForms?

Claude (web and desktop) and Claude Code connect with one-click OAuth. Current OpenAI Codex releases sign in with OAuth from the terminal. Cursor and any other tool that supports remote MCP servers connect with your PlatoForms API key.

Is my form data safe?

Your assistant only gets the access you grant, through the same permission and plan checks as the PlatoForms app. Sign-in uses OAuth, so credentials are never shared. Team owners can switch AI access off for the whole team, and HIPAA-mode teams are disconnected by default.

Can an assistant really create a form or PDF document?

Yes, both. Describe what you need — a client intake form, a consulting agreement, an offer letter — and the assistant creates it in your account, then hands you an editor link. Open it and the AI design appears in front of you. PDF documents can be exported print-ready, made fillable, or converted to online forms — no rebuilding.

Does MCP access cost extra?

Assistant actions use your plan's existing API quota, with additional rate limits on top.
