Yes. A Text Input field set to the Date type has a pop-up calendar by default, so respondents can type the date or pick it. You can also offer fixed dates with a Dropdown. Here’s how:

Option 1: Use a Dropdown

1. Add a Dropdown field.
2. Populate it with predefined date options (e.g., available appointment slots).
3. Enable search functionality to help users find a suitable date quickly.

Option 2: Use a Text Input (Date Type)

1. Add a Text Input field.
2. Set its type to Date to ensure correct formatting.

Users can type the date or pick it from the pop-up calendar. A new Date field’s format follows the browser language and time zone of the person building the form, and you can change it in the field’s properties. To allow only one way, tick Disable pop-up calendar (typing only) or Disable typing (pop-up calendar only).
