Paid plans start at $10 USD per month (billed yearly) or $12 USD per month (billed monthly), with a 15-day free trial available on all paid tiers. Each plan includes access to core features such as AI form building, PDF workflows, and automation—no separate AI add-on required.

Instead of charging per form or locking features behind expensive upgrades, PlatoForms pricing scales by forms, submissions, storage, and API usage, making it suitable for both small teams and high-volume organizations.

  • Every plan includes AI-powered form creation, the Free plan too (10,000 AI credits a month).
  • You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
  • Submissions and API calls reset each monthly usage period, on your billing day. Storage does not reset: it is the current total of uploaded files and only goes down when submissions with files are deleted.
