How many pages can my team import from paper, and what happens when we go over?

Answer

Every plan includes paper pages each month: Free 10, Bronze 40, Silver 120 and Gold 360. The count starts again each month, on the same day as your plan’s AI allowance.

What counts

• Only pages that are read count. Pages marked Not this form are not counted, and a failed import is not charged.
• A photo is one page. A PDF counts every page in it, up to 25 pages per file.
• On Bronze you import one file at a time. Other plans take up to 40 files per import.

Going over

Beyond the month’s pages, each page costs about $0.20 from your usage credit balance, with AI set to Pay from balance under Usage credit > What the balance pays for. The import dialog shows how many pages are included and what the rest will cost before you start, and offers Add credit when the balance is too low.
