What is PlatoForms Insights, and what can I use it for?

Answer

PlatoForms Insights is a reporting tool for understanding form submissions and visitor behavior. Every form has a default Insights report with submission totals, changes over time, and charts for supported form fields.

You can use Insights to:

• See where visitors leave a form and how long they spend on individual fields.
• Compare answer counts, trends, statistics, word clouds, and relationships between responses.
• Filter the report to examine a specific group of submissions.
• Use AI to ask questions about report data or organize written responses into themes and sentiment.
• Set goals and alerts, or share results through links, embeds, PDF, CSV, and email digests.

Feature availability depends on your plan. Breakdown fields, share links, and email digests require a paid plan, and AI operations use your team’s AI credits.

Open Submissions, select a form, and click Insights. You can use the default report or create an additional report for a different audience or type of analysis.
