Collaborate with team

When you create a PlatoForms account, you become the Team Admin of your own team. From the Dashboard, you can manage your team’s membership, workspace access, and form permissions.

  • Collaborate: Invite team members to join your team by email. After they accept, they can access your forms and shared workspace.
  • Switch between teams: Switch between teams from the Dashboard to access different workspaces and manage forms across multiple teams.
  • Manage permissions: Assign per-form roles — Form Editor, Form Submitter, or Form Submission Viewer — to control what each team member can do on a specific form. Team Admins can also manage permissions across every form on the team from a single Form Permissions page, and grant that same cross-form access to specific Members via Manage access.
