    Creating an Online Form for an Existing PDF

    With Builder you can build three types of forms: online web forms, online PDF forms, and master forms.

    you will arrive at the Form Builder. On the form Builder, there are three main sections:

Organize forms with folders

In this chapter, we’ll guide you through the process of organizing your forms using folders within PlatoForms. This feature aims to simplify your experience, especially when dealing with numerous forms.

Create a folder

  1. Go to your Dashboard.

  2. Switch between the tabs at the top to select the desired location for your new folder.

  3. Click the dot (•••) icon and select Create Folder.

  4. Name you folder and click Save.

    This creates a new folder under your chosen tab.

Place forms in folders

When creating a new form, click on an existing folder to place it within. Your new form will be neatly organized under your chosen folder.

Move forms to folders

You can move existing forms into a chosen folder. To do this:

  1. Hover over the desired form on the Dashboard.

  2. Click the Settings (gear) icon in the top right corner and select Move to Folder.

  3. Select the desired folders and click Move.

Sort your forms

You can sort your forms by Name, Created Date, or Update Date by clicking the dot (•••) icon.

  • Recent Created: Sort by creation date form newest to oldest.
  • Recent Updated: Sort by update date from most recent to least recent.
  • Name: Sort alphabetically from A to Z.
