    Creating an Online Form for an Existing PDF

    With Builder you can build three types of forms: online web forms, online PDF forms, and master forms.

Manage submissions

Effectively managing submissions from online forms is essential to maintain well-organized, accurate, and easily accessible data. This practice empowers you to make informed decisions and offer a seamless user experience.

Once a user fills out and submits a form, you’ll receive an email containing the generated PDF in your inbox. Furthermore, a notification for the new submission will populate in your PlatoForms dashboard, ensuring you’re always in the loop regarding form activity. This seamless system keeps you connected and well-informed about incoming submissions.

To access the submission page:

  1. Log in to your PlatoForms account.
    You’ll open the Dashboard page.

  2. In the left navigation, click Submission.
    You’ll open the Submission page.

The Submissions page offers a range of features to efficiently manage your form submissions:

  • View submissions data

    Easily access and view user-submitted data.

  • View workflow progress and submissions

    Keep track of submission progress and status within workflows.

  • Search submission data

    Easily locate specific submissions by utilizing the search function.

  • Export data in CSV format

    Download submission data in CSV format for analysis or record-keeping.

  • Manage PDFs

    Download, re-generate, or delete generated PDFs as needed.

  • Review submission revisions

    Access past revisions or updates to form submissions.

  • Download attached files

    Effortlessly retrieve and download files submitted via Upload File fields.

  • Manage shared links

    Take control of shared links for PDFs, attachments, and submission editors for streamlined collaboration.
