Go from sign-up to your first completed PDF in three steps. Every new account includes a 15-day free trial with access to all features, so you can choose a plan later.
1. Create your account
Sign up with your name, email and password, then verify your email address.
2. Create your first form
Upload a PDF you already use, let AI detect the fields, then check each field. No PDF yet? You can build a web form from scratch or design a new document instead. Form types compares the three starting points and helps you pick one.
3. Publish, test and share
Publish the form, submit a test from a private browser window, and check the completed PDF under Submissions. Then share the form by link, embed script or QR code.
