Plans, usage and billing
This chapter covers what your plan includes, how much of it your team has used, what to do when you reach a limit, and how billing works.
Two things are billed separately:
- Your plan subscription pays for the plan and its monthly limits (submissions, published forms, storage, API calls and more). See Manage your subscription and invoices.
- Usage credit is a prepaid balance for text messages, and for AI and address lookups beyond what your plan includes. See Usage credit and auto-recharge.
