PlatoForms gives you the flexibility to either start fresh with a clean form or revert back to the original version — whether you want a blank canvas or to bring back the original PDF layout.
Reset your form

Open the Reset Editing window:

In the new form builder, click the ••• menu at the top and select Reset Editing from the dropdown.

In the old form builder, click + Add at the top left and choose Reset Editing from the menu.
You’ll open the Reset Editing window.

Choose how to reset your form from the available reset options.

Once you’ve chosen your reset option, click Reset.
A confirmation prompt will appear.

Click Confirm to proceed with the reset process.
The reset process is irreversible. If you reset your form by mistake, refer to the Restore to history version section to recover an earlier version.
Reset Editing options
Inside the Reset Editing window, you’ll see three reset options:

Reset to Empty Form
Deletes all fields—including those converted from the PDF and any fields you’ve added or edited. You’ll be left with a blank form layout. -
Reset to PDF Original
Reverts the form back to its initial version—exactly how it looked when first converted from your uploaded PDF. -
Reset to AI Suggested
Automatically applies AI-suggested fields based on your PDF’s layout and content.NoteThis option only appears if you previously used the AI Recognition feature when setting up your form.
