Creating an Online Form for an Existing PDF

  • Custom Domain

With Builder you can build three types of forms: online web forms, online PDF forms, and master forms.

  • Master Form Builder

you will arrive at the Form Builder. On the form Builder, there are three main sections:

Use form invitation

What is form invitation?

Once you’ve published a form, you can invite people to fill it out — from the Dashboard for one-off invitations, or from Workflows to trigger them automatically as part of a multi-step process. Recipients get an email with a link to the form, and can click through to access, complete, and submit it.

Set invitation rules

Control how each invitation behaves: set a time window during which it’s accessible, require a password, limit it to one submission, and auto-save the recipient’s progress. Password protection, auto-save, and the one-submission limit require Tracking Invitation to be enabled.

Track invitation activity

With Tracking Invitation enabled, see each invitation’s sent, open, and submitted counts from the Invitations page.

On this page

  • Create an invitation: Choose an invitation method, customize email content and settings, and send or schedule invitations.
  • Manage invitations: Track sent, opened, and submitted status for each invitation, and copy or edit existing ones.
  • Contacts: Upload and organize contacts as groups so you can send invitations to more than 5 recipients at once.
  • Pre-filled forms: Pre-fill fields before sending — manually for one recipient, or in bulk via a CSV template.
