Before you begin

Before you dive into editing your online PDF form, make sure you’ve created one. For detailed instructions, check out our guide on Creating your online form.

Learn about the form builder

When you create an online PDF form or open the form from the Dashboard, you’ll access the form builder tailored for your online PDF form.

PDF-form-builder

  • Left pane: Switch between PDF Pages and MISC tabs. In the PDF Pages tab, you can preview all pages of your PDF form. In the MISC tab, you can add a PDF title and submission bar.
  • Right pane: Modify your PDF forms by adding or deleting fields and making changes to existing ones.
  • Top Toolbar: Choose from a wide range of fillable form fields, such as Dropdown and Signature. Utilize a wide array of functions, including previewing your form and publishing your form final version.
