先決條件

  • 擁有訪問您想要導入的表單的 Google 帳戶
  • 表單的 編輯 URL（以 /edit 結尾）
Note

PlatoForms 請求對您的 Google 表單的 只讀 訪問權限。您的原始表單永遠不會被修改。

導入您的 Google 表單

  1. 前往 Google 表單導入 頁面。

  2. 點擊 連接 Google 帳戶 並在 OAuth 彈出窗口中授權 PlatoForms。

  3. 在編輯器中打開您的 Google 表單，並從地址欄中複製 URL.它必須以 /edit 結尾。

    Warning

    使用以 /edit 結尾的 編輯 URL，而不是 /viewform 或 /preview URL。使用錯誤的 URL 是導入失敗的最常見原因。

  4. 將 URL 粘貼到導入字段中，然後點擊 導入表單。

  5. 您的表單在 PlatoForms 編輯器中打開，具有：

    • 問題映射到表單字段
    • 部分轉換為頁面
    • 問題類型保留

自定義任何內容，然後在準備好時發布。

轉移內容

導入會將您的表單結構——問題、部分和字段類型——複製到 PlatoForms。現有的回應不包括在內；提交歷史保留在您原始的 Google 表格中。
